The Rodamón Hostel is located in the center of Barcelona, next to Passeig de Gràcia, known for its shops and the famous buildings of Gaudí, like “the Pedrera” or “Casa Batlló”.
Our building is from the XIX century with wonderful views towards the trees of the gardens of “Palau Robert” that seem to be entering the terrace of the Hostel. Newly renovated, the Rodamón Hostel has got a unique atmosphere. It's a peaceful and modern place to relax and has got an animated atmosphere which invites to socialize and get in touch with many new people from all around the world.
Description:
Peaceful and animated at the same time. Rodamón has got four private rooms, two of them with private bathroom, and five shared rooms with lockers. Every bed has got an individual reading light, a plug socket and a curtain for more privacy.
A newly installed kitchen for self-service is available for our guests. We offer a big and nice living and dining room with television, where in the morning breakfast is served which is included in the price. For having a drink and socializing with others, guests have our bar. If you're more in the mood to enjoy the sun and relax a bit, you can sit down on our spacious terrace which is decorated with plants, sofas and a pergola.
The hostel has got two big separated bathrooms with three showers each, private bathrooms in some individual rooms and a mixed one adapted for people with reduced mobility.

• The Rodamón Hostel is located in Calle Còrsega 302 Pral 2, right next to the Palau Robert gardens and Passeig de Gràcia. The metro stop Diagonal is around the corner of the hostel and the train station Provença Trenes FGC can be reached in a few minutes by foot.
• Attractions such as La Pedrera and Casa Batlló (Gaudí) and also the Egyptian Museum are a 5 minute walk away from the hostel. In 15 minutes you can reach Sagrada Família by foot and with just 2 metro stops you are at Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya.
• The hostel is as well 6 minutes walk from the bohemian district of Gràcia, where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

• From El Prat Airport:
• From the Metro to the Hostel
• The hostel is located in street Corsega 302 between a organic supermarket called Veritas and a hairdressing saloon. It is close to Diagonal, a large avenue, and Rambla Catalunya. The closest metro station, 2 minutes away, is Diagonal. Once you are here, just choose the Av Diagonal exit and you will be in Passeig de Gràcia street. From there you will see Palau Robert (a place with exhibitions and where you will find the Tourist Information Office), go to the right (if you are facing the entrance of Palau Robert), take a left and you will be in Carrer Còrsega, the hostel is on you left hand side after the gardens.
• Shuttle
• We work with a shuttle company that can pick you up at the airport and leave you right in front of the Rodamón hostel for 8 euros.
• In order to request the shuttle service, you need to send us an email with your name, number of passengers, flight number and if you are arriving at terminal 1 or terminal 2.
• Note: The request should be made at least 24 hours before your flight. The 8 euros include a handbag and a suitcase, any extra bags cost 3 euros and should be reported before.
• Aerobus
• You can take the Aerobus (around 5 Euros) to Plaça Catalunya (Catalonia Square) from where you can walk 15 minutes up the Passeig de Gràcia until you get to Calle Còrsega (left-hand side). You can also take the metro Line 3 (green) and hop off in Diagonal, which is faster.
• Regular Buses
• You also have the option of taking regular buses, during the day Bus 46 and at night Bus N17 which are cheaper but also take more time. By Bus 46 you would have to hop off at Plaça Espanya (Spain Square) and take the green line (L3) until Diagonal. At night, Bus N17 will leave you at Rda. Universitat, from where you can walk straight on Carrer des Balmes until you get to Carrer Córsega in 15 minutes. You could also take the metro from Rda. Universitat depending on the time and day you arrive.
• Train
• You could also take the Train until Passeig de Gràcia Station, and walk 5 minutes until Calle Còrsega or take the metro and hop off in Diagonal, one stop. If you arrive at Terminal 1 at the airport you will have to take a bus to Terminal 2 (there is a bus connecting both terminals which leaves every 6 or 7 minutes).
• Taxi
• If you are carring a lot of luggage you could also consider taking a Taxi, it takes 20 to 30 minutes and costs around 25/30 euros.
