WOW! What a charming and lively town. More than what I expected. Arrived on Monday and had a peaceful week visiting the local amusments, intended to leave Friday early but didn't. The downtown area "woke up" on the weekend and it was fun late into the night. A lot of live music at different places, all within easy walking distance. Even the Amtrak train station had a band on the weekend. Highly recommend a visit. Wish I had know about the towns website before I went, it would have helped to plan ahead. There are many interesting shops and restaurants in the historic downtown Fullerton area (moderate to expensive in price) along Harbor Blvd. in the mile or so south of the hostel. Explore and enjoy! — Anonymous

There is a Farmers Market festival every Thursday in Fullerton, with music and lots of food. Great location for Disneyland, Knox Berry Farm, California Adventure, and other scenic adventures. — Asti
