Great
I'd make a trip back to big bear just for the hostel if it weren't for all the other great things to do there. Grayson is easily the best hostel owner i've met and all the travelers were great too.

Absolutely the best hostel ever. I stayed here in November 2003 and am planning to come back. Bear Lake is a lovely small town with heaps of things to do, sporty things as well as good bars at night. Grayson really put up the number one hostel. If you need some time to relax, this is where you want to be.

The hostel is perfect! You have everything you need here, and you can be in touch with cool people from many parts of the world! It was an amazing experience for me. I'll go back when I can! And also Grayson is terrific. He's very cool, and for sure will help out on everything you need!

It's so amazing! I think Big Bear rocks. Grayson is cool; he is into rad things. The house is cool; always full of cool people. The snowboarding is rad and the town is crazy.

This is by far the best hostel I've ever been to, just from the people you meet and the stuff to do! Infact I'm always back there. It's clean and cosy and has everything u need. Three cheers for Grayson and the Big Bear Hostel! Woo woo!!
