- Cancellations or changes to your original booking must be made at least 48 hours beforehand, by email. Please note that phone cancellations cannot be accepted.
- Travellers that book with Debit card MUST call before midday ON THE ARRIVAL DAY; the reservation will be accepted only if arrival is before 6pm! If you cannot meet these conditions you may risk losing your bed.

Hostel is quite small but I guess it's good sometimes. Very close to Fontanna di Trevi and metro station. Staff very helpfull!;)

Wonderful location, the owner is great and accomodated all of our needs. The hostel was relatively clean for my standards. Did not meet a lot of other guests as there are no standard dorm rooms. Great value overall.

The hostel is just four rooms with a bathroom, and a useless kitchen. The only positive point is the free internet computer. I don´t recomend it.

I have rated this hostel a low a possible since they gave our room away (afther a two month before reservation) because we where 30 min late! They did find a new hosel but this was in restauration and therefore completly dusty, and did not have double bed.
This seems very unreasonable and therefore this hostel deserves the lowest score possible.

This was the worst hostel I almost stayed at. I decided to not stay there after I met the staff and saw the room. The common room was a mess on top of another mess, and the front desk guys were making inappropriate comments to me, and being a girl this did not make me feel safe. There are no lockers to to keep your stuff safe, the beds look gross, and I think if they actually took care of it, the place would be decent, and if they acted more professional, that would probably change the way I'm rating it too. All in all, this hostel was an experience I wish I had avoided.

The hostel lack in cleanliness, the kitchen is very untidy. The position of the hostel is a major plus but for me the lack of cleanliness made me not to stay another more in this hostel.

Terrible place!! Don't mind booking an 8-bed room because you will have to sleep in the 12-bed room anyway. The rooms are small, there's almost no space between the beds, the bathroom that you have to share with at least 20 people is very dirty, there are no lockers and in combination with the shady and often drunk guy behind the reception this doesn't make you really feel safe. Only good thing about the hostel is the location.

This is a hostel for people who want to meet other people around the world. The place has great facilities to hang around. Hostel is furnished personally with a good taste. Staff is nice, but not all of them speak English.
They were providing also free food for guests. No breakfast, because of renovation, but instead pasta and wine in the evenings.
Though the place is not the most calm for people, who wish to go to sleep and get up early.

When we got there the man on the desk redirected us to their 'sister' hotel around the corner. When we got to the other address it was a luxury hotel and the man had sent us on a wild goose chase. They were rude and didn't seem to care. I wouldn't recommend this hostel because of the unpredictability of actually getting a room!!
We did however find a fantastic hotel called Fawlty Towers. So some good came of this!

There's no room with 6 beds. There's only one bedroom with bathroom and another bathroom for the other rooms (of 12 and 8 people each).
Internet doesn't work for a while.
The rooms doesn't gave key and there's no place to put the luggage.
The staff is ok and you can use the kitchen.

I like this hostel very much, i have had a great time with the staff and with the others. The staff is really kind and the hostel is really nice: coloured, clean, and very close to the metro (2 minutes walk). Each night the staff was preparing pasta (really cheap price) for everybody and we were all having dinner together!
i really would like to book in this hostel again when i'll come back to rome!

Very convenient to the centre of Rome, a short walk from the Spanish Steps and also from Termini station. The staff were very friendly and the hostel was clean and felt safe.
