Good stay
Clean rooms, very close to central station, good value for money.
One of the best places we've stayed at! Friendly staff!
It is good. Go there.
Liked: I really don't recommend this hostel. Didn't like: everything
5 min walking from garibaldi main train station the accommodation is quite close to spaccanapoli area which is worth of a visit! the area is safe . The hostel is comfortable and clean though the cleaning service is not available unless you leave the room before 10. Good balance between price and service
The beds were fiull of bed bugs, so I Got very sick after our stay with over 100 bitres on my body., so we cannot recommend the place at all.
Liked: Nothing Didn't like: No remote for TV, no remote for air con, the location was very unsafe, and no breakfast available.
Liked: The staff (one man) was very friendly ad told us a lot about naples, tours etc. He also warned us about the neighborhood, which wasnt very safe. Our room was quite big and clean and we could safely leave all our things there even though there were no lockers in the hostel. The wifi was great and worked also inside of the room. Didn't like: We found it quite weird that there was no reception in the hostel; there was only one man who showed us our room and told about everything (in italian). There was also no elevator (the room was in the top floor) and no breakfast in the hostel. The neighborhood (next to the station) was horrible and insecure but still near the centre.
Liked: Close to station. Clean Didn't like: Lack of lift as it is on 5th floor (122 steps). Key required to exit the security gate, so on departure we had to go down the stairs, unlock the gate, prop it open, return the key up on the 5th floor and then down 122 steps again. Check-in time given as 2pm but required a phone call to get someone to open the security gates and show us to our room
I would not recommend this accommodation.
You'll never be relaxed. The owner seem only interested in charging thehb
A very clean, safe and family run accomodation, centrally located and well priced.
Area is a little sketchy, overall hostel was ver good; clean, nice staff, and pretty rooms!
We did not get to stay there, thank goodness. We had two cancelled flights so by the time we were able to get to Naples it was past our reservation dates. We did however drive by to take a look in case we needed a place in the future. The area is very very bad, even the taxi driver did not want to go there. The image they are trying to project is very very incorrect. Im sure a lot of people are loosing money booking then finding out its no where near what they are expecting.
the room is very nice and the location looks special but was very quiet and convenient close to the train station. look for a appartment at the end of the street.
This hostel could be clausured!!!
Bedrooms in 7th floor WITHOUT lift.
Bathroom deteriored.
Small rooms.
Bad smelling rooms.
BETTER DON'T RESERVE IT!!!
generally we are happy with the fair price for the room. the owner quite friendly unfortunately very difficult to communicate.
It's a pretty nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and as expected. It's position is very bad! It's in a dead end street in the subburbs of Napels. It's very scary when you go out at night, because of all the black people hanging out on the streets. We booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1. I hope this says enough!!!
This is the worst place I have ever seen accommodation wise. I didn't even stay here. I Walked out cancelled my booking and found somewhere else to stay. It was somebody's apartment with a back bedroom for rent. It was dark, dingy and extremely small and up nine flights of stairs. By the time I climbed to the top floor I was ready to faint and my legs ached for days and days after the climb. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Everything worked! I recommend.
Nice room, but absolutely shocking location. Its in the dodgiest and most dangerous street in the worst neighbourhood. The building is half falling down and under construction. Its not a hotel or hostel, just 3 rooms on the top floor (5 floors and no lift). Not well signposted. Not well organised with keys etc. - got locked in, then locked out. Stay somewhere else.
The neighbourhood in which the B&B is located was a little intiminating. The staff's grasp of English and my knowledge of Italian made communication difficult. The hot water did not always work, with cold spells during each shower.
It is called Bed&Breakfast but no breakfast is included. The hostel is in a good possition, airconditioning working, room decent; however one would expect litle more service(breakfast) for the price. Not much to see in Naples, trash and noise everywhere.
Very little room but funny and clean. The position is good near the railway station but because of that it is also a quite strange, wild and dirty area
