Very helpful, friendly, and nice staff. The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable with fridge, tv, heater. Free internet for guests. The female bathroom are nice and clean but the male bathroom could be better! It's dark, old, could need a coat of paint and some new facilities!! The location is great, next to the subway, close to the centre.

Be prepared for bedbugs! This place may look clean but it what you can't see that matters! Over fifty bites in one night! Watch out.
