David City is also a good base to explore some of the surrounding region, and to partake in some of the regions adventure spots, such as water rafting, canyoning, and rock climbing. Los Pozos de Caldera hot springs is a popular natural spot located a few kilometers from the city.
There are many hotels and hostels in David City, all at reasonable prices and offer basic to luxury services and facilities.
