We have two rooms for rent, legally. One has a double bed and the other two personal beds (twin beds); both of them have air conditioned, private bathroom & WC (separated) with cold & hot water the whole day, TV, 110V & 220V, fridge y phone. The price is 20 CUC daily, per room night. We can add a bed in each room, if needed, adjusting the price. Breakfast is not included. Breakfast, price 4 CUC per person, consists in a big dish of fresh Cuban fruits, coffee & milk, omelette (ham, eggs, vegetables, potatoes, covered with cheese), toasts & butter, and express coffee. With this breakfast,guests usually do not lunch. We also offer abundant rations of meals Cuban style; the price, always below the restaurants for tourists, depends on the menu. We speak French & English. Laundry service. Free linen and toilettries. We offer for free our large experience concerning points of interest, economic means of transportation, restaurants, etc., and connectios with casas particulares in provinces, with similar conditions and price. The house is located 4 blocks to the historic Plaza de la Revolución, on a wide avenue, practically on the geographical center of the city. The address is: 20 de Mayo Ave., No. 426, corner to Amenidad St, Cerro neighbourhood, Havana, Cuba. We are on the ground floor of a 13th storied building painted on intense blue, and with the logo of “Industriales” –the flag baseball team of our city- on its upper part. ZC 10600. • You may leave the airport and come all along the Rancho Boyeros Ave, and turn to the right just in the Plaza, entering directly to 20 de Mayo Ave, where is the house (20 de Mayo 426, corner to Amenidad St), on the ground floor of a building painted in blue, the color of our most popular baseball club, and has in the front the logo of the “Industriales” team, the flag baseball team of Havana City. We are less than 100 mts to the “Latinoamericano”, the main Cuban baseball stadium, and 400 mts to the historic Plaza de la Revolucion.
• From Airport, by car or taxi, you will reach our house in 20 to 25 minutes. The taxi fare is 25 CUC, do not pay more! We offer, with the same price, special pick up at the airport, coming directly to our hostal. We have no special bus from airport.
