The MEININGER City Hostel & Hotel Queens Gate offers affordable accommodation with exceptional comfort, located directly across from the Natural History Museum. The direct connection to the Circle and Piccadilly Lines and numerous bus lines makes reaching London's historical, cultural and architectural attractions easy and comfortable.

DIRECTIONS – The fastest way to find us

The best way to reach our hostel is via the Underground stations South Kensington and Gloucester Road using the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines.

From all directions
- The District, Circle and Piccadilly Lines will all take you to our ho(s)tel in Hyde Park.
- Get off at Gloucester Road and take the Cromwell Road exit. From there, follow the signs to the "Baden-Powell House".
- After ca. 150 m you will find our ho(s)tel on the left corner of Cromwell Road / Queensgate.

From the Airports
- From Heathrow Airport (LHR), take the Piccadilly Line directly to Gloucester Road Station (40 minute journey).
- Get off at Gloucester Road and take the Cromwell Road exit. From there, follow the signs to the "Baden-Powell House".
- After ca. 150 m you will find our ho(s)tel on the left corner of Cromwell Road / Queensgate.
- A taxi ride will cost ca. 38 GBP.

- From Stansted Airport (STN), take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street. (40 minute journey)
- From there, take the Circle / Piccadilly or District Line to Gloucester Road.
- Get off at Gloucester Road and take the Cromwell Road exit. From there, follow the signs to the "Baden-Powell House".
- After ca. 150 m you will find our ho(s)tel on the left corner of Cromwell Road / Queensgate.
- A taxi ride will cost ca. 75 GBP.

- From Gatwick Airport (LGW), take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station.
- From there, take the Circle / Piccadilly or District Line to Gloucester Road. (60 minute journey)
- Get off at Gloucester Road and take the Cromwell Road exit. From there, follow the signs to the "Baden-Powell House".
- After ca. 150 m you will find our ho(s)tel on the left corner of Cromwell Road / Queensgate.

- From Luton Airport (LTN), take Express Bus 57 to Victoria Station. (25 minute journey)
- From there, take the Circle / Piccadilly or District Line to Gloucester Road. (30 minute journey)
