From the center bus station, you will see the Italian style Migjeni Theater and there will be a small road leading to the back of the theater. Once behind the theater follow the small road (Rruga Lek Dukagjini) for about 150 meters, you will see a large 5 story building with Shkolla Teuta written on the top floor. Push the round button beside the golden gate to ring the bell!
