• We are located in the same building as Timeout Heritage Hotel Zagreb (Ilica 16, 10000 Zagreb).
• To get to the Reception, you need to walk through the OUT Garden cafe-bar on the ground floor.
• If you're not sure that you're in the right place, ask our colleagues from the bar for help! :)
• When you arrive by:
• PLANE - You will arrive to Zagreb Airport (Franjo Tudjman), approximately 20 km from the centre of Zagreb.
• You have a couple of options to reach us!
• Easiest & Quickest : Simply e-mail us with your flight details and reservation number to arrange a shuttle (taxi) for only 31 EUR from the airport directly to Chillout. A driver will be waiting for you in front of the Visitor Centre holding a sign with your name and you can pay upon check-in at our reception!
• Harder & Slower : You can catch an airport shuttle bus from the airport (Franjo Tudjman) to the main bus station (Autobusni Kolodvor) for 5,97 EUR (which you can purchase from the bus driver). It leaves every half an hour starting from 7:00AM and ending at 10:30PM, every day of the week. From the main bus station you can walk approximately 30 minutes (2.2km), take a taxi/uber, or ride Tram #6 (towards Trg Bana Josipa Jelacica) and exit at the 5th stop (Trg Bana Josipa Jelacica - Main Square).
• BUS - You will arrive at the main bus station (Autobusni Kolodvor Zagreb)
• You can walk approximately 30 minutes (2.2km), take a taxi/uber, or ride Tram #6 (towards Trg Bana Josipa Jelacica) and exit at the 5th stop (Trg Bana Josipa Jelacica - Main Square).
• TRAIN - You will arrive at the main railway station (Glavni Kolodvor Zagreb)
• You can walk approximately 15-20 minutes (1.3km), take a taxi/uber or ride Tram #6 or #13 (towards Trg Bana Josipa Jelacica) and exit at the 2nd stop (Trg Bana Josipa Jelacica - Main Square).
• From the Main Square - Simply walk 100 meters down Ilica street (the main street) heading in the direction of the tram you just exited (West). You can find our hostel on the right side of the street, next to Zagreb's popular ice cream shop 'Vincek'. The reception is located behind the cafe-bar on the ground floor.
