"Excellent! - Worth the walk. When I stayed there in May 1992 I had a room to myself on the third floor. I remember having the lace-curtained windows open at night looking at the most beautiful night sky I have ever seen anywhere in the world to this day. Bright stars, millions more I have never seen before. The moon and the Matterhorn were magical. Down the road had raclette and wine by the fire. "The location of this hostel is beautiful. As you look out the bedroom window, you can see the sun shining on the Matterhorn. The management, under Paul, were so friendly and helpful. My friend and I (seniors) have stayed here four times.
