The location of the hostel was excellent as the purpose of our visit was to spend time at locations around the famous West Lake and to visit Dragon Well village and to learn about and purchase some of the famous green tea

Great location and friendly atmosphere - the only problem was not being told till really late that there was no cook for dinner, and no where in the vicinity - and so had to go into town.No big deal though - such a nice stay.

Location was great for a hostel, right on West Lake, the only reason to go to Hangzhou. Room was large and clean; it was cold, but there was a heater that you could adjust that warmed up the room quickly.
