Just as expected
Let's face it, this was the cheapest option. The accommodations were small tents fit for two people (you could get other sizes) that had enough room for the inflatable mattresses that they provided to each camper in the tent. The lines for the showers were long, probably due to the 1900 people that were crammed into the camping grounds. The location was excellent due to the proximity to the bus routes that lead to the trains that led to everywhere else with ease. The staff on hand were usually very entertaining and helpful. The security on premise was very fast to respond to any incidences that arose, and the atmosphere was one of a party going full blast throughout the entire night. There were some misgivings in the advertisement -- 1. shuttles. nope, didn't even see one; 2. Dinners provided. Half true, every other night was free, otherwise it was 5 euro. Which wasn't bad for the quality of the food. 3. Free non-stop beer. Cost an extra 10 euro per night but they didn't often check wristbands at the bar anyways. Overall, exactly what I expected from a campground on the busiest weekend of Oktoberfest.
Staff useless
If you don't mind thin sleeping bags and thinner mats to sleep on, this is the place. If you want to be able to come back to a particular tent that you've reserved and fall into it, unlucky. Staff can't organise anything -- if you want to hear how drunk they got the night before, no problem. If you actually want something, no matter how simple, unlucky.
Very messy, in a good way
Its of course very expensive for a camp site but aside from that it does the job. It does not advertise great food helpful staff or great tents so i was not too bothered. Still its a great place to drink as much alcohol as you want for virtually free ALL DAY. Would be nice if they served water at the bar too as i suffered very bad dehydration and did not want to drink from a tap in the wc. I would only recommend this if you cant find a cheaper option or hostel. Or can/need to drink endless amounts of booze. Also if you can do 3 funnels of beer or lick your elbow or touch them behind your back or spin 50 times around a broom or eat 3 hot dogs in 3 mins you get free hotdogs.
