This hostel doesn't have flexible time of check in. Unable to assist customer when it is needed. Besides that, when the employee was talking in the phone, the employee show unprofessional intonation.

This was my first hostel experience in 2004, and I really enjoyed it here. The facilities are clean and well kept. Breakfasts were included in the price and very generous. My room (three bunks) had an en-suite bathroom and lockers available. I met some great people and I'm still in contact with them.
Would give 5 stars except that a large kid's group took over the hostel when I was there -- no one else could eat cause the group took over both dining times. HI should pay as much attention to individuals as groups! Anyhow hostel is clean and extremely convenient to rail station, close to town. Yes it's expensive but the pound is so strong to the dollar now you won't do much better.
The facilities here are great. All the rooms have an en suite bathroom, and there are no more than six beds in the VERY clean rooms. You get a full cooked breakfast and the staff are helpful and friendly. And there is 24-hour access. On the downside, it is expensive and does suffer a little bit from the generic "YHA hostel curse." But when the only other hostel on offer is the Backpackers, I'll take this one any day!!
It's new, clean and a good place to meet people. It also has a funky dining room with a row boat on the ceiling!!
I stayed here for one night, and had the time of my life. I met so many new people, and I'm still in touch with all of them!
