Great place to stay, good value, and fantastic staff
This hostel is in a convenient location about ten minutes walk from temple bar. staff were really friendly and helpful. The included breakfast included hot drinks, juice, toast, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs and fruit! Room was clean and had a private bathroom. I was able to store my luggage for a day free of charge, while exploring the city. Great spot, would stay there again.

Nickel & Dime You
Yes, they're clean and location is good, but they'll annoy you by making you move everyday, the breakfast sucks ass, and they'll nickel & dime you.

Great hostel! Very clean, and excellent location. Secure as there is a key for the room, and safety deposit boxes available for rent. There is also always someone working at the front desk. Kitchen has many supplies. Breakfast was just a bagel, coffee, and juice, but was free, so can't complain! Our room was on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, so it was quite the workout, but our room was clean and bright. Bathroom is cleaned daily by the staff, and was by far the cleanest one out of all of the hostels I have stayed in. Would come back here again.

I was in this hostel a few years ago. it was alright then. But this year (spring 2006) the place was rotten. the toilets were disgusting (we went to the next pub instead), the sink was out of the wall, the showers were filthy, staff was unfriendly. I'll never go there again.

I have been in this hostel only four nights and I think I won't remember it as the best hostel I have ever been in but not even the worst. It's ten minutes walk to city centre, and really near to Connolly station and to the central bus station (this is a realy great convenience!). So this is an hostel where you can calmly stay in. Negatives include entry only by buzzing and showing ID, which sounds ok, except half the time I was ignored!

This is the sort of hostel, which is generally ok, but in such a mediocre way that you only remember what was wrong! Good price and location, not much more. Pros: — Good location close to Busarus, major sights and Temple Bar. — Dorms are some of the cheaper options in Dublin. — One of the blokes at reception (older Irish guy) was really friendly and helpful. Cons: — Dodgy, dodgy shower with only unbearably hot water and a door that didn't close properly. — About five flights of stairs to get to the topmost room, and not too well lit at night. — Entry only by buzzing and showing ID, which sounds ok, except half the time I was ignored!

I was not too impressed with this hostel. It's very noisy (bring earplugs!), breakfast is a joke (one old croissant), and my friends' room smelled. It's not as dirty as other hostels I've seen.
