The hotel is ok, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room is small, but the cheapest in the town! Ideal for tourists, who want to visit Paris, and only go to the hotel to sleep. We spent three nights there, we are satisfied, all the sights in a close distance.

Best value for money in Paris
Ive been to a few budget (less than 40 euro) in Paris, and this is the best of the bunch. The location is great, the staff friendly, the toilets and showers were clean when I was there. On the downside, yes, it is a bit worn, shared shower is extremely small with no place to hang your stuff, and sometimes the stairs can be quite a drag (I was on the 4th floor and there is also a 5th with no elevator). But overall for a single person who is too old for dormitory -- this is the best you can get for the same price.

Ok for its price
Reasonable accommodation for its price. Convenient to Metro and lots of local shops and restaurants. I thought wifi was included but after checking which room I was staying in, I was told it would be 1 euro per day. However, when I handed over 5 euros for the five days, he said he would just charge me 3 euros. Room carpet does smell a bit.

Good, i may stay again if i am in Paris
Location is good, just a short walk from Metro. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is a bit worn off but is clean and price is within our budget for a double bed room with shared bathroom.

Great location, cheap, friendly!
it is in a very nice location, the staff are very friendly and the price is really good. the only problem is the rooms are not very sound proof. they have these automatic door closers on every room door which automatically slams the door shut. so starting around 5 or 6 in the morning, you hear from all over the hotel what sounds like gunshots as people open and close their doors. pretty stupid, but yeah, that's the only complaint.
Good value at a great price!!!!
The best -- the price and the neighborhood full of life, shops (you must try the boulangerie just round the corner!!!). The room was acceptable and the staff nice and polite. the tube station is at 5 minutes walking distance.
Very good for this price
My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights and we really recommend this place. The staff is very friendly and speak English. Even though we booked a room without a private bathroom, we had a sink and a bidet in our room which was very practical. The toilet was by the stairs. The shower right next door to us. We had room No. 34. Every floor has one shower and one toilet. Our room was cleaned every day. The carpet had stains but who cares. The mattress was comfortable too. The metro was very close as well. There are bakeries and little shops near the hotel and a Mc Donald's by the metro station. If we go to Paris again we would want to stay at Luna Park Hotel again. The only thing: if you have more than 2 electrical devices to recharge (for example: cell phone, batteries for your photo camera and a battery for your video camera) bring an extension cord with more plug outlets. The room has only two sockets. If you have a laptop or something valuable and you don't want to leave it in your room, you can ask the staff to keep it safe while you're gone. The rooms have no room safe.

Do not go there
This is the worst hostel I've ever been at. I booked a double room with shared bathroom, and the "bathroom" was very dirty and smelly! I hardly made myself shower. I was afraid to touch the walls with my elbows or with any other part of the body. The toilet was awful too.
