• From Bengaluru
• From Bengaluru, you can catch an overnight bus to Munnar. Some buses will drop you right in Munnar town, in which case you can catch a local Kochi-bound bus to Anachal. This ride costs Rs20/- and takes half hour. Alternatively, there are some buses from Bengaluru that pass through Anachal first - in which case you can get down in Anachal itself without having to go to Munnar town.
• From Kochi
• Cochin International Airport is about 30KM from the city of Kochi, so instead of going all the way to Kochi, you can catch a bus from the airport and alight at Aluva which is 14KM (half hour) from the airport. From Aluva, you can catch a Munnar-bound bus and alight at Anachal. This will take approximately 4 hours. Alternatively, a taxi from the airport to our hostel will take about 3 hours and cost approx Rs3000/-
• Ernakulam Junction Railway station is a major railway station serving the city of Kochi. If you get down here, you can catch the Kochi Metro from the Ernakulam South Metro Station (which is less than 5 min walk from the railway station). You can take the metro to Vytilla (Mobility Hub), from where you can then catch a Munnar-bound bus and get down at Anachal. This journey should take about 4 to 5 hours
• From other locations:

From Varkala and Alleppey, you may catch the infrequent direct bus to Munnar or change buses at Kochi. From Coimbatore, you can catch a bus to Udumalpet and then change over to a Munnar-bound bus. And if you are arriving from Kodaikanal or Madurai, you can change buses at Theni or Cumbum or Batlagundu. This journey may take up to 9 hours
