Excellent accomodations

Loved the stay, the meals we had, the staff (especially Josie and Seamus) and the view!!!! Lucky family to have a great business. I hope to come back on my own some day......

You are close to great geology and geomorphology and if you're into birds, it's a lot of fun to find and identify them....

Clean! Comfortable, and very friendly hosts.

Kitchen was the cleanest of any hostel we've ever been to. Hosts and staff were wonderful; friendly and helpful. Well appointed kitchen, large common room. Thanks Josie for a great curry, and Thanks Seamus for the invite. Loved every bit of our stay.

Great for exploring giants causeway

The hosts were totally nice and gave me some great tips. Awesome kitchen, very well stocked. Warm room and a huge shower with hot water and very good water pressure. The view is just unbeatable.

Disappointing

We were so excited to stay here after reading about it. I reserved way in advance. When we arrived, we couldn't find anyone around. The kitchen was bustling and they told us the people are often not around, but walk down the hill to their house to get them. We did and the girl came up and gave us our room. She kept reminding us to be careful not to trip on the carpet which was torn up on a step. The room was so tiny it was beyond belief. I later found out that we had paid BP40, but they charge 35 for that room. The noise level was beyond description, we could hear every single word spoken in the kitchen and rec room below, as well as every single sound in the bathroom in the room next to ours. The topper was that the tiny bathroom has a mirror about 6ft off the ground on the wall opposite the sink! Good planning! When we went to plug in our computer and hair dryer, we found there was NO outlet in the room. The next morning, we asked the owner when she arrived about this. She looked at me blankly. She said she had no idea the room had no outlet. REALLY? They offered to move us to another room. So that day, we dragged all our stuff to a room near the reception desk, which was a much better room, though the "shower" was just a drain in the floor at one end and a shower curtain. In this room, we heard the girl talking and the phone ringing until late at the front desk. We checked out a day early, but she refused to apply the deposit toward the two nights we were paying for, keeping the extra four pounds. So petty. On a more general note: there is no view from here, the water is across the road and blocked by trees. The kitchen is excellent and kept very clean.
