Villa Sunshine is a light and friendly guest house offering good value and a fresh Mediterranean comfort. The rooms are light and the decor will complement your beach holiday. Furnishings are simple and stylish and provide you with all necessary comforts. White linen, wicker-work and teak furnishings, bright yellows and sky blues maintain the traditional Mediterranean theme and the tiled floors offer a cool respite from Cape Towns hot summer days. All bedrooms have telephones, ceiling fans, television and tea and coffee facilities (as well as some scrumptious cookies). The big windows let in the sunshine that Villa Sunshine was so appropriately named after.

• Bantry Bay and Sea Point are known for their near perfect climate and exclusive neighbourhoods. Sheltered by Signal Hill, this wind free area is perfect for long summer days and nights. The sparkling Atlantic at its feet and mighty Lions Head in the background make for a dramatic setting. Midway between the Waterfront and Camps Bay, we are very well situated for easy access to the amazing variety of leisure spots on the Atlantic seaboard, its world class restaurants and shopping centres. Clifton Beaches are within walking distance from the guesthouse. The famous Seapoint promenade invites for an evening stroll to watch the sunset. Table Mountain, city centre, the Convention centre as well as the 2010 Worldcup football stadium are all a 5 minute drive away.
• Directions:
• 1.Take N2 from airport to cape town, then directions to Seapoint (M6). Then follow instructions below:
• 2.Coming from Cape Town, take Western Boulevard (M6) leads into Beach Road (still M6) to Seapoint. At the end of Beach Road you will get to a traffic circle, go up the hill towards mountain into Queens Road. Do not turn right into Victoria Road. Third left into Rochester Road where the sign of villa Sunshine is seen on the left side of Queens Road.
