Private Accommodation Raspudic, Split

Liked: Vedran, the owner, was very helpful meeting us and taking us to our room at the secondary property around the corner. Great location a short walk to Old town, close to a bank for money exchange, and not far from the port or.local.bus station depending on how you arrive.

Clean room, nice bed, Wi-Fi was good (there was an issue at first but it was fixed right away), A/C, and a small fridge. Didn't like: Remember that you need to pay the balance owed in cash when you arrive. If you arrive at an odd time changing money can be tough so best to have the amount in Kuna already so you aren't forced to exchange at a low rate near the port.

Located not far from the beach and very helpful staff.

It is great value for money. We had a nice room with (a bit slow) air conditioning, mini fridge and a very nice bathroom. Has supermarkets close by and is just a short walk to the old town

Liked: Raspudic (the man not the building) was very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and very spacious. Kettle and fridge in the room was useful, and aircon worked like a dream. Shower was great too. Right next to supermarket as well. Didn't like: Shower didn't have a hook for the head, had to hold it in your hand, not much of a problem at all as the shower was powerful and hot which is all the matters really.

Liked: The property is close to the ferry port and to the airport shuttle. Didn't like: If you stay in a room with shared bathroom is a building different than if you stay in a room with private bathroom. I only recommend the place with private bathroom, totally clean and nice. The place with shared bathroom is not good. You can hear everything from the hall, and people arriving at 3 in the morning.... i do not recommend it.

Air conditioning

Liked: The lady who showed us her room (and who's house I think we stayed in) was super helpful and very caring. Air conditioner worked well, fridge and tv were supplied. Bathroom was very clean with good shower pressure. Towels and bedlinen also included and very clean. Didn't like: Finding the place was challenging- better signage is needed or a particular landmark should be added to the directions.

Liked: Spacious rooms. We basically got an entire apartment to ourselves with an open kitchen, private washroom, a dining table and an extra sofa bed. The owner was very friendly and helpful, accommodating as to check in time. No complaints at all. Very good value for money. Didn't like: A bit of a walk from town centre or bus station, but still acceptable

Very close to the old town. Easy to find. Safe and clean. Friendly hosts. Everything you could ask for in a hostel.
