The Prague City guest-house/pension is situated in a quiet part of the city centre of Prague and 10 minutes walking from the Old Town of Prague.
Each 26 rooms ( in two houses next door) has private shower( bath) and toilet, satellite TV, night lamps etc. The pension Prague City has got its own garage for 8 cars with the key at the reception. Buffet breakfast is served from 8.00 till 10.00.
The reception is opened every day from 8.00 till 22.00. No curfew ! Guests receive their own keys.Mobile phone is possible to borrow at the reception (deposit 1000,- Kc).
In the neighbourhood is a lot of restaurants and bars with a large offer of typical czech meals and czech beer. Cheap prices are tempting to young visitors of Prague. Nearby there is a large park called Riegrovy sady.
Close to the pension lies famous hill Vítkov. In the interval of Hussite wars was Vítkov witness of a fabulous event. 14.7.1420 under leadership of Jan Žižka husits beat down the crusade army there. Today stands hear the biggest statue of a leader on a horse in the world. The neighbourhood also offers a various wealthy cultur life.
