• There are few options available from the airport/train station to go to our hostel.
• From Adisucipto Int l Airport
• 1. By Online Ride Hailing Service App (GoJek/Grab): This is the most convenient way to get to our hostel. Use Grab / GoJek and type 'Zen Moon Hostel' in the apps. You can just tell the driver to follow GPS. Our hostel situated 13km from the airport with 30 minutes of ETA. It would cost you around IDR 30,000 for scooter and IDR 50,000 for a car. The price might increase during rush hour. Note: You have to go out from the airport to Class 1 Immigration Office Yogyakarta since they couldn t do pick up inside the airport area.
• 2. By Train: You can go to Maguwoharjo Station located close to Arrival Gate right in front of the airport. There are two daily trains which can take you to the center of the city, Airport Railink and Prameks. Prameks will only cost you IDR10,000. You have to stop at Yogyakarta (Tugu) Station, from there you may choose Online Ride-hailing Service or TransJogja. This takes very long time and not very convenient.
• 3. By TransJogja: Another way to reach ‘Zen Moon Hostel is by taking the Bus Rapid Transit. It cost IDR3,500 for one trip. You can go to Transjogja Halte in the airport and take Line 1B. Then transfer to Line 2B in Halte Gedongkuning (Banguntapan) and your last stop should be in Halte Sugiono 2. Our hostel is within 7 minutes walking distance.
• From Train Station to Hostel
• 1. By Online Ride Hailing Service App (GoJek/Grab): From wherever station you are arriving, simply open GoJek/Grab and type ‘Zen Moon Hostel . Set your pick up location and the driver will be there. The distance between our hostel and both train station is 4km.
• 2. By TransJogja: If your arrival going to be in Yogyakarta Station, you can walk to Halte TransJogja Malioboro 1 on Malioboro Street and take Line 2A. You should get off at Halte Sugiono 1 and from there, our hostel is within 7 minutes walking distance.
• Note: Please kindly check your arrival airport since we have two international airports. There are Adisucipto International Airport (JOG) and New Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA). You have to reach the city center from both of the airport. From New Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA), there will be shuttle bus (DAMRI) which take you to Wojo Station and then take Airport Railink to Yogyakarta (Tugu) Station. Start from there the rest of the options to our hostel would be same as above.
