Assuming you just arrived to Panama in Tocumen Airport, you first have to go to the local terminal in Albrook Mall, the terminal is usually refered to as Albrook Terminal, sadly from the airport theres not really many options to get to the terminal besides taxi/uber. Once you are in the Terminal Albrook you want to ask for the bus that goes in the rout of Panama - Las Tablas and take the bus all the way to Las Tablas Town from where you want to ask for the Bus terminal that has the bus ride Las Tablas - Pedasi. Again from where you are dropped by in Las Tablas to the next bus terminal you will need to take a taxi, but this one is pretty cheap, the ride should be less than 2$. After that you should be on your way to Pedasi in which you can just ask nicely to the bus driver to drop you at Las Porrocas Hostal and you'll be here!
