• Indeed, the last part of the road to access the Finca El Diamante must be performed in a 4×4WD vehicle:
• -If you are equipped with a suitable vehicle, we will send you our PDF guide to facilitate your arrival.
• -If your vehicle is not a 4x4WD or you don't feel like driving it on the dirty roads, we offer free secure parking in our office located a little further down the valley, at 'Fonda de la chaquiro' (Google Maps https://goo.gl/maps/J8NGcfSn4BHvFnQP8 ). Right at the intersection between the main road and the dirt road to go to the Finca, 2 kilometers before the village of Salgar
• And from there we will bring you to Finca El Diamante in our Jeep!
• -If you do not have a car, we can arrange transport with a private vehicle from Medellin, from the airport JMC or EOH, and wherever you are in Colombia, do not hesitate to ask for more information and a personalized quote!
• -If you come by public transport, the buses from the company 'Tranportes Salgar' leave Medellin's south terminal every 2 hours from 7AM all the way to Salgar. Let us know your time of departure from Medellin, and we will pick you up at Salgar’s bus terminal in front of the church on the main square, at the time of your arrival. If you had to be waiting for us a few minutes, you could enjoy a coffee at the little kiosk on the main square right in front of the church and we will find you there!
• You could also think about flying to us, and enjoy our helicopter service, from the airport EOH, right in the center of Medellin! Mesmerizing views and unique experience during a 30 min flight to the Finca.
