• Please take Airport shuttle bus from Colombo Airport to Colombo Fort main Bus / Train station(Cost 1$). Please get down from Colombo Fort Train Station/ Bus Station and walked to Colombo Downtown Monkey Hostel.
• From Colombo Fort main train station . Please follow the map and just walk to the hostel .

• From Colombo Fort Train station take BACK exit { From the direction of Platform 8/9} and enter and turn right to D. R Wijewardena Mawatha . Soon you will see Lake house building and Fort Bodiya { Conical shape large Buddhist structure }. Take staircase to Secretariat railway station and note 3 Story building of Regent Flats and our board at balcony, 2 nd Floor . Walk in to the care park , find the stair case next to Hawk Travels office & come to 2 Floor and find Monkey home.

• From Colombo Fort Bus station walked along Olcott mawatha towards Fort Bodiya { White large Conical shape Buddhist religious structure } or Secretariat Railway station and we are opposite to that.

• Thanks a lot for booking our Backpackers hostel . Colombo Downtown monkey is located right at the Colombo Fort City Center at walking distance from Colombo Airport bus {187} final drop point and Colombo Fort main railway/Bus station.
• There are frequent shuttle buses for less than 1$ or Sri lanka Rupee 150 from Colombo Airport { Starting point} to Colombo Fort{ End point } {Bus No 187}. Depend on the traffic this will take 1-2 hours . It stops in front of Colombo Fort Main railway station. Colombo Downtown Monkey is located less than 5 minutes walk{ 250 m } from Colombo Fort main railway station. Please kindly see the map in Hostelworld pictures and follow the route { we are opposite Lake hose and Secretariat Railway station} .

• 3-When you stand in front of Railway station you will see 3 story building and our board is hanging in 3 directions at the Balcony.
• 4- Walk in to the building find the stair case NEXT to HAWK travels office and climb to the second floor and find us.

• 1- Please take the BACK EXIT ( From the direction of Platform 8/9 )
• 2- Turn right to D. R Wijewardene Mawatha and walk
• 3- You will find White color " Lake House " Building on your right . Cross the road
• and walk towards Large white Buddhist Cone shape Buddhist structure ( Bodiya )
• 4- On your left there are Rail tracks and Secretariat Halt Railway station. Climb down the stairs case . When you are in front of secretariat halt railway station , there is a 3 story building in front of you and our MONKEY board in hanging in Balcony.
• 5- Walk into the building and find the STAIR CASE next to HAWK travels. We are on the 2nd Floor .
• IF YOU DROP IN FRONT OF COLOMBO FORT RAILWAY STATION

• You are at FRONT entrance of FORT railway station.
• 1-Walk along Olcott Mawatha ( Keeping station on your Left hand )and turn LEFT to find
• Large white Conical Buddhist structure (Bodiya)
• 2-On your left there are Rail tracks and Secretariat Halt Railway station. Climb down the stairs case . When you are in front of secretariat halt railway station , there is a 3 story building in front of you and our MONKEY board in hanging in Balcony.

• -First step is Get in front of LAKE HOUSE building ( Every decent driver know this place ) . about 50 m in front of that is REGAL film hall. Follow the road next to that about 150 m and you will see " Secretariat Halt Railway station .
• -When you are in front of secretariat halt railway station , there is a 3 story building in front of you and our MONKEY board in hanging in Balcony.
• 3- Walk into the building and find the STAIR CASE next to HAWK travels. We are on the 2nd Floor .
