Nestled along the edge of Vancouver's historical Gastown district, The Cambie Hostel at Gastown is centrally located in the central business district of Vancouver at the intersection of Cambie Street and West Cordova Street. By public transit, one should take the SkyTrain (Vancouver's metro system) to Waterfront Station (the western terminus of the SkyTrain line) and walk east 3 blocks to Cambie St. By Automobile: driving from USA, follow the I-5 north over the Canada-USA border, where it becomes Highway 99. Follow Hwy 99 north until reaching Hastings St; turn right, and then left at Cambie St. If one is coming from the east, drive along Hwy 1 (westbound) until reaching the Hastings St exit, get off the highway, and continue west along Hastings St until reaching Cambie St., where one should turn right.
