• From Puerto Princesa International Airport (PPS) to Green Turtle:
• The most economical mode of transport is to walk outside the airport gate (no need to cross the street) and hail a public transport jeepney or multicab heading to the San Jose New Public Market. Make sure to inform the driver and other passengers that you are going to Green Turtle Backpackers, which is the cream-coloured building on New Market Road beside MLhuillier Pawnshop. The driver will drop you at the corner road, and you will need to walk for approximately one minute to reach the hostel. If you have large luggage, you may need to offer extra payment for the seat your luggage occupies.
• During late-night hours, it is recommended to use a taxi service to reach the hostel. Green Turtle Backpackers is the cream-coloured building beside MLhuillier Pawnshop on San Jose New Market Road. Abundant taxi services are available at the airport arrival area at all times, which may ask for a fixed rate of around PHP300. Green Turtle is open until midnight, and in case of further delays on your journey, please call the hostel's mobile number displayed on the signage outside the hostel building for a staff member to come and receive you.
• From Port Barton or El Nido to Green Turtle:
• Inform the van driver to drop you off at San Jose New Market. If you are dropped off anywhere near the new market, it means you are close to the hostel, and you only need to walk a short distance. Most shuttle van drivers will drop you off directly in front of the hostel, so negotiate with the driver before boarding and make the payment.

• Jeepneys from San Jose New Market or the National Highway go to the old market and pass by the airport gate. Get off at the gate and walk approximately 300 meters to reach the airport departure area.
