We are a county hostel away from the city hustle and bustle with a unique relaxing atmosphere.
The village of Llansteffan is 2 miles away and is set at the mouth of the Towi River and Carmarthen Bay. The sandy beaches nestled below the castle offer swimming or relaxation. The virtually traffic free lanes are ideal for cycling. For the walker, Carmarthenshire offers coastal and country walks. Carmarthen town itself(the ancestrial town of "Merlin" is the oldest town in Wales and offers most social and cultural activities. Take a day trip, relax on the beach, or have nachos and a beer in our bar- Just come and enjoy!

The hostel is located 6 miles from Carmarthen on the B4312 (Llansteffan Road. 5 miles down the B4312 is Pantyrathro lane on the right. Here take a right up the lane and follow the signs to the hostel. If taking the bus (Llansteffan bus), ask to be dropped off at "Pantyrathro", and he will drop you at the bottom of the lane.
