TUMI Hostel is an initiative of TUMI Ghana: a non-profit organisation that helps underprivileged young women in Kumasi. We use all hostel profits to support TUMI Ghana and to ensure self-sufficiency.
Kumasi is the capital city of the Ashanti Region in southern Ghana. Our hostel is located in a calm and peaceful residential area, even though the wonderful yet busy Kumasi market is only a ten-minute walk away. This means you will enjoy the best of both worlds: our relaxed hostel is a quiet place in the hectic everyday African life.
So come sleep in one of our colourful and spacious dorms or private rooms (with ensuite bathrooms), quietly dream away whilst reading a book in our huge garden or drink an ice cold beverage on our veranda with your fellow travellers.
Breakfast is included and you can enjoy our homemade lunches and dinners too. We also provide a book exchange, laundry service and free Wi-Fi.

• Kumasi airport to the hostel is only 15 minutes by taxi while the bus station is only 5 minutes away.
• For the bus station it is even possible to take shared taxi instead of a private taxi.
