Zostel Mumbai is located close to the airport area (it's about four kilometers away). Breakfast is available in the hostel if you pay additional charges.
The Location
Zostel Mumbai is four kilometers from the airport. It is not located on the main road, and hence there may be trouble in getting a tuk tuk or a cab/taxi late at night if you do not have Uber/Ola on your phone. Within walking distance (until you reach the main road), you may not find shops for quick purchases. You may find few other hotels nearby on the same road.
Rooms and Bathrooms
The rooms are all air-conditioned, which is a much-needed respite from Mumbai's humidity. Exclusive female dorms are available as well and there are private rooms available for those who wish to book their own personal space. The dorm spaces are maintained well with an attached bathroom in each dorm that has a constant supply of hot water.
The rooms on the ground floor have limited natural light. The independent room is reasonably spacious for twin occupancy. This room can suit work trips as well, as the Wi-Fi is of good speed.
Lockers and towels are available at extra charges. The bathrooms have a shower gel dispenser.
The dorms have limited moving space and hence, the storage box is not very conveniently designed. This is a bit of a letdown as it does not meet the average Zostel standards, however it is still fully functional and manageable.
Common Spaces
The common area has a nice seating suited for working on a laptop or to curl up and read a book.
Every day there is some event or the other to look forward to ranging from movie nights on weekdays to weekend nights at pubs. The property has a tie-up with a pub in the neighborhood called "Rodeo Drive," which provides free entry passes to the dance floor, especially for Zostelers on every Friday night and every Saturday night. The activities planner comes along with the guests to act as a guide or to watch over and ensures that everyone safely returns, even if it is as late as 4 a.m.
This property also has a golden retriever, which is calm and mostly occupies its favorite spot in front of the air-conditioner at the reception area.
Summary
It is an extremely lively hostel, as it has an activities planner who ensures that the guests never possibly get bored.

• From the Domestic Airport - Take the Western express highway and head towards south. After 2 Kms take LEFT ( Y ) road , then after 400 mtrs Make a U turn at Jawaharlal Nehru Road and then keep driving for another 400 Mtrs . Then use the Right (Y) road to take the slip road to western Express highway and keep driving for 1.5 Kms. Keep right to stay on western express highway until 800 Mtrs, and then use the right lane take the exit towards sahar Airport Road after 2.8 Kms turn right to stay on sahar airport road. Then turn right onto Andheri - Kurla Road. After 300 Mtrs turn left ontoMarol Maroshi Road. Then Turn right onto Bhawani nagar road, turn left and atfer 280 mtrs and then turn Right. After 150 Mtrs. Zostel Mumbai will be on Right.
• From Marol Naka Railway Station - Walk towards east on Andheri- Kurla Road then turn left onto makwana road. Be on the same road for next 1 km, Then turn left on military road and keep on going for next 60 mtrs and turn right onto DP Road. You will pass by PRO-TECH IT SOLUTION , Keep going for another 130 Mtrs.
