The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The problem was that we had a really sketchy guy stay in our room. He made noise all night and generally seemed shifty. I know this isn't really the hostel's fault, but it put a damper on our stay there. I would stay there again, as long as that sort of thing isn't the norm (I was only there the one night).

I stayed here in February and it's a really nice hostel. Although I consider it overpriced, because the hostel I stay at in Berlin (which is just as nice) is 3 euros cheaper per night and it's in Berlin! The staff are helpful and nice. Everything there is cleaned very well and the beds and linens are super comfy. However, when I was there the place was empty. Literally, I only saw four other people in the whole hostel during my three-day stay. Granted, it was the middle of winter when I was there. So the social factor was no good for me, but the hostel is quite nice.

This was a very good hostel. The beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the bathrooms were clean. The location was a five-minute walk from the train station. Streetcars were on the corner, and it was in the "bar district" for plently of nightlife. There is a kitchen available. It seemed more like a Bed and Breakfast than a hostel. I would return.

This is a great new hostel. It is across the river, about 10 minutes from the old part of the city, but it is located in a great neighborhood full of bars, coffee shops, and markets. It is clean, beautifully decorated, the service is friendly, the rooms aren't over-booked, and there's no pressure to be social--but there is the opportunity for socializing if there are lots of other travelers. The kitchen is a wonder of God, and the breakfast, if you're a meat and cheese eater, is totally worth the money you pay for it. Towels are free. Bring a sleeping bag, though the duvets and pillows are huge and comfy. It's more like a city bungalow than a youth hostel.

Quietly hostel.

Very clean and worthy

Very good location

Staff were very nice and helpful with city tips. Location is amazing, right next to the best food in town and the old town is just over the river. Note, lockers are very small if youre someone who likes to lock up your entire bag. But general security of the hostel is very good so no concerns. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Very clean hostel, nearby a tramstation to the city centre. Also in a neighborhood with atmosphere.

Hostel is fine, cleanliness ok, kitchen usable but nothing spectecular. Sadly, the staff is very unprofessional; they forgot our reservation and thus put us in a room with 4 single beds instead of a double (which were overbooked) without any sort of compensation or apology.

I had a room with shared toilet for one night. The room was nice, spacious, clean, as well as the toilet.

Location is good in the hearth of the best area of Dresded.

Only issue was the staff which resulted to be quite unpolite on my arrival, I arrived 5 mins before my check time and the guy literally shut the reception window on my face stating he was busy.

We got in closer to 10pm and subsequently could not enter the hostel. We were not notified about needing to notify reception about late check-in. As such, I can't recommend this for any travelers arriving past 4pm (when their front desk closes).

We booked a two bedroom and were in the front house. Location is perfect, right in the busy neighborhood and walking distance to the tram. It was a great room, very clean and secure and quiet with a balcony. BUT, if you are in the front, there is only one bathroom shared among the three rooms in the flat and if it is night, your key does not work for the main house with the other bathrooms. So if you need to use the toilet and someone is showering - you have to wait, there is no alternative.

Very good hostel with an confortable Double bedroom and friendly staff. The location is perfect, It's in the cool neiborghood but not in a noisy street. Good kitchen and easy check in and out.

A perfect location with easy access to trams/buses/trains.

It is situated in the trendy New Town area and has everything you need.

The staff were really friendly and helpful with my questions.

My only issue really was the showers weren't very powerful.

I would recommend staying here.

Loved the host. The place was amazing and they have a beautiful kitchen!

Great hostel. Rooms are clean and spacious with lots of light. Bathrooms are clean and separated by gender which is nice. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook and theres a common room area as well. Free tea. Location is pretty good, its far from the old town and main station but close to the neustadt station. Near lots of bars and clubs. Only problem is the short staffing hours. There needs to be night staff or at least an emergency phone number that isnt police!!

The hostel is good in general, but the short reception hours make things a bit confusing and unsafe - specially in times of pandemic, when you arrive and there is no one to check vaccines for example. You have to put on and take out your own linens (but they were perfectly clear, cant complain). The showers are warm, but are very tight in a shared bathroom, so youd have to go out of the shower box to change clothes. Wi-Fi is good and there are sockets close to every bed.

One of the best hostels I have stayed. The hostel is very clean. Kitchen utilities are very clean and in order. Location is perfect.

The beds are good and the location perfect. Right in the middle of the new town where is the place to be at night.

In general Dresden is a beautiful place for some days. During my stay the hostel was basicly empty so I had the room for myself, pretty nice. But also lonely haha dann Corona winter

Unexpected was the extra charge of 2,50 per person for the bedsheets. Oh and the city is charging 6% extra for tourists. But if you tell them that you are on a business trip it should not be charged.

Im not sure where theyre measuring the center of town from, but it was a pretty good walk from downtown Old Town (just over 30 min.). Nice place though, very clean, and the best price I could find in Dresden.

Liked: Decent location and very clean. Didn't like: Booked a single room. Was given a private room in one of the apartments on offer, however this room is clearly used as a living room when the whole apartment is booked out. The bed was actually just the sofa, which creaked LOUDLY at any movement meaning it was not a good night sleep.

Liked: . Didn't like: .

Liked: This place is really charming, has a few public common rooms with couches, travel guides, games, a breatheable kitchen space with room to cook, really friendly staff and also offers free tea and cookies! I was wonderfully surprised and would definitely stay there again. Didn't like: People don't typically travel with sheets, please don't charge them extra for the cost! I also thought the quality of the sheets could be a little better, they were kind of papery.

Liked: Location, friendly staff, sink in room Didn't like: Lockers too small for our rucksacks - most hostels have lockers big enough for carry-on size luggage
