From Cebu City, you may take a bus that goes to Moalboal at Cebu South Bus Terminal, you will usually get the yellow Ceres Bus that goes to Bato via Barili, Once in Moalboal, you may take a tricycle or a motorbike( aka habal-habal) to take you to Panagsama Beach. We're just on the left side of the road with a colorful bamboo fence that's hard to miss. See you! :)
