• The distance Athens -Tripoli - Kyparissia is 260 Km long and can be covered by car in approximately 3 hours. The road takes you through the vineyards of Korinthia and the mountainous masses of Arkadia before you reach the fertile Messinian valley. If required we can make arrangements for a transfer by taxi or a rental car.
• With a Rental Car
• From Athens Airport follow the signs to Elefsina, Korinth, Tripolis, Megalopis, through Kalo Nero follow signs to Irida Resort..
• By coach
• Kalo Nero and Kyparissia is also connected to Athens by bus. There are several bus services throughout the day. From the Airport take bus X93 to the final stop inside the main the Bus Terminal of Kifissos for the Pelopponese. The bus can by taken at in Athens and covers the distance in about 4 hours. There are very frequent scheduled services by coach from Athens. The coach station is situated within the town centre. Take one of the frequent coaches to Kyparissia, (around 16.50 Euro) and then a taxi to Kalo Nero (10 Euro) to our hotel.
• By train
• From Pireus-Athens there are scheduled services by train to Kyparissia-Kalamata, through Patra - Pyrgos, through Argos - Tripoli all year round. Kyparissia is also connected with Kalamata, Argolida, Arcadia, Achaia, Ilia, Korinthia, and Attica.
• By Taxi
• Taxis at the Airport will likely be willing to drive to Kalo Nero. Negotiate the fee in advance. Expect the trip to cost (180) Euro from Araksos or the half price from Kalamata.
• By airplane:
• From April to October there are charter flights to Kalamata Airport and Araxos Airport (Patras), from various European cities. Also, there are daily scheduled flights from most European countries to Athens International Airport. Until Kalamata (60 km) or Araxos Airport (120 km)
• Other
• If you are planning a trip with your own car, there are daily ferryboat services from Italy (Venice, Ancona, Bari, Brindisi) to Patra. The distance Patra – Kalo Nero is about 150 km (2 hours drive).
• Via Ferry to Patras or Flight to Araksos Airport. Follow signs from Patras - Pirgos-Kalo Nero.
