Jug Handle Creek Farm & Nature Center is an education non profit corporation whose mission is dedicated to educating all age levels on the stewardship and sustainable use of coastal, land and water resources. It was founded to save the adjoining, world recognized Pygmy Forest Staircase, a sequence of 5 former ocean terraces that takes one back 500,000 years, about 100,000 years each terrace.
Guests stay in a 125 year old Victorian home on 39 acres and a 5 minute walk from Jug Handle Creek Beach. Also available are 3 cabins withing a 2 minute walk from the house itself. A full kitchen facility is available so you can cook in or eat out.
Your low cost stay (along with any donation you may wish to add) all goes to support our education programs or site upkeep.
