• By Taxi (Our Recommendation!)
• 15mins / JPY1500 (around 10 to 12 USD)
• Highly recommended if you are 2 or more people, or if you have heavy luggage.
• By Monorail
• The nearest monorail station is ï¿½Miebashiï¿½, but it is a 15 mins walk, or 5 mins / 550 yens if you take a taxi.
• Make sure to prepare a map showing how to come here from the station if you choose to come by monorail.
• From the airport to Miebashi station, itï¿½s 15mins and costs 300 yens.
• By Bus
• If you travel alone and would like to save on transportation fee as much as possible, taking a bus is another option.
• Take bus route 23,26, or 99. (every 40-50mins)
• Get off the bus at ï¿½Tomari Takahashiï¿½ bus stop. From there, itï¿½s about 6 mins on foot.
• It takes approximately 30 to 40 mins and costs 230 JPY per person (around 2 USD) from the airport to the bus stop.
• ***From main ferry terminal ï¿½Tomarinï¿½ or bus stop ï¿½Tomari Takahashiï¿½***
• Face to the tomarin ferry terminal building, then, walk to the first traffic light on your right hand side. ('Tomari intersection')
• Turn left and go along the street, passing Familymart convenience store, you will see a 3-floored white building (JEIS Okinawa)on your left hand side. We are waiting for you at reception on the first floor!
