• Chan Myaye is at 256/276 Mahabandoola Garden Street which is also known -especially by taxi drivers - as Bar Street (Bar Lan in Burmese). It runs north south between 34 Street and 35 Street alongside Maha Bandoola Park and City Hall.
• Myaye is well signposted in the upper block on the fourth floor at number 256/276. Ring the bell and we will send someone down for your bags.
• A taxi from the airport should cost $7 or 7000 Kyat. When the traffic is bad the journey can take an hour or more. Once you have your bearings, and without heavy bags, it's also possible to make this journey by bus from the main road which is about 1km from the airport.
• NB. Maha Bandoola Garden Street is not the same as Maha Bandoola Road which runs east-west.
