Common Grounds Pai is a very nice hostel with a great atmosphere for backpackers and solo travelers. It is located in a convenient location right in the center of town, just a three-minute walk from the bus station. The most appealing aspect about this hostel is the overall laid-back and social atmosphere. There is a nice common area with hammocks, bean bags, music, and a bar for drinks. Overall, it is a great hostel for anyone looking to meet people and have a good time.
The Location
This hostel is located in a very convenient location as it is right in the center of the town. It is just a few minutes away from the bus station and it is pretty easy to find. It is also very close to the walking street as well as the restaurants, bars, shops, tour agencies, and motorbike rental shops. It is easy to get anywhere you need to in the main part of town from this hostel.
Rooms and Bathrooms
The rooms are very nice and standard rooms. The dorm rooms have six beds each and are equipped with air conditioning and comfortable beds. Each bed also has its own power outlet and reading light as well. There are also lockers to use, though they are somewhat small and will not fit all of your belongings. There are common bathroom areas to use which are pretty standard. There are lots of cool paintings are artwork seen all throughout the hostel as well.
Common Spaces
This hostel has a very nice common area when you first enter the hostel. There are hammocks and bean bag chairs where guests can chill out and socialize. There is also a main bar/reception area for ordering drinks. The main area is very nicely designed and set up. It also provides a positive, open atmosphere for guests traveling alone, which makes it very easy to meet and socialize with other people. Overall, this is a great area to relax and meet new friends.

All in all, Common Grounds Pai has a great atmosphere and design. It is located in the perfect spot in the center of town with easy access to bars, restaurants, tourist agencies, and the bus station. You also have easy access to motorbike rental places if you wish you get outside of the town. This is a great place for travelers to meet new friends, relax, and have a great time.

Description
Common Grounds Pai is a backpacker hostel & hangout in Pai City Center. Our focus is organic jams by musicians from all over the world and skill level. Tapping spoons to professional-level guitar, we encourage nightly jams and everyone to join in.
We have dorms and privates. We are located at a great location (1 minute walk from the 2 busiest streets in Pai--and the nightly market). Come chill out in our social communal area, meeting other travelers to discover Pai with, and to discover your common ground.
Our communal area has: a social bar, hangout area, great WIFI, pool table, slack line, ping pong table, darts, games, library, hammocks, and free coffee/tea all day. Come enjoy and enhance our vibe!
Our facilities include:
(1) 8-person dorm w/ private bathroom (fans)
(3) 4-person dorms each w/ private bathroom (ac + fans)
(4) 2-person private rooms each w/ private bathroom (fans)
(2) 2-person private rooms each w/ private bathroom (ac + fans)
Each bathroom has western toilets and hot showers.
Our restaurant is currently NOT opened.
Our bar has world-class cocktails... come enjoy!
