Guest House 'Residencia do Norte' is located in the heart of the historical city centre, in the very best and well-known night life spot of Lisbon, Bairro Alto.
We are close to restaurants, bars and nightclubs. We are also near Chiado (only 3 minutes walking) and we provide comfortable accommodations.
On the 3rd floor, there is a small common room where you have an ironing board, a TV and coffee and tea making facilities.
We do not have breakfast, although we have an electric kettle, a fridge, a microwaves and a toaster, in the same floor, for customers use.
We provide during your staying, the room key (then you have to return it) so that you can feel free to go out, right here in Bairro Alto to listen to 'fado' or to go to any place in Lisbon, with no worries.

• If you're coming by Metro stop in 'Baixa-Chiado' metro station. (Where the Green & Blue Line meet).
• From 'Baixa-Chiado' Metro Station: go up to Rua Garrett to Pra�a Luis de Cam�es (square with statue), on your 3rd right is Rua do Norte and Nr 123 is the last building on your left.
• From Restauradores there�s a old tram lift named Elevador da Gloria which departs from Restauradores square and takes you 50 meters from here.
• From Cais do Sodre you will see a roundabout in front of you and the river behind you. Take the street off the roundabout 'Rua do Alecrim' straight ahead of you, from there you will reach Pra�a Luis Camoes. Rua do Norte is on the opposite side of the square.
• Old Traditional Tram 28 stops at Largo do Chiado, the square close to the Metro Station 'Baixa-Chiado'. It also stops in Pra�a Luis Camoes.
• Bus: Aerobus 91, 44, 45 from Airport to Rossio Square; 208 (Night Bus) from Airport to Rossio.
