We offer three types of accommodations to best suit your budget, travel preferences, and the size of your party.

Our most basic lodging is a Super Bunk. Each of our six Super Bunk areas feature four beds, making a total of 24 beds throughout the hostel. We use the term “bunk” lightly, as these Haskel Sears Design handcrafted beds offer a sturdy and quiet wrap-around wooden enclosure with privacy curtains. Each bed also has a reading lamp and a fan, plus two extra outlets. There is ample, lockable storage space beneath each bed.

If you want more privacy, we also have five private rooms. Each of these features a handcrafted queen bed with built in nightstand, and a beautiful, unique concrete sink courtesy of Set In Stone. All private rooms will be equipped with a reading lamp, a ceiling fan, and plenty of extra outlets.

If you want the best of both worlds, our Super Queen is it. The same handcrafted queen bed sits beneath a vaulted Super Bunk, and it comes with all of the amenities that you’d find in one of our private rooms, including your own private sink and a view of our beautiful pavilion.

Want a little more room? We’ve got the Chatt Room. It’s perfect for the business traveler, or really just for anyone looking for space to stretch out. Comfort meets practicality with a queen sized pillow-top mattress, desk, couch, small dresser, and handcrafted sink. Whether you’re preparing for tomorrow’s presentation or tomorrow’s climb, the Chatt Room has ample space to work, chill, store gear, and crash.

There are separate men’s and women’s restrooms on each of the two floors; each restroom has a pair of private toilet and shower stalls and two sinks. The entire building is professionally cleaned seven days a week.

• Best Paid Parking Lot is at 14th and Passenger Street. Hostel address for arrivals who don't need parking is 29 Johnson Street.
• We are 8 miles from the Chattanooga Airport. The Greyhound bus station is also located down the street from the airport. The Megabus station is 2 miles away from The Crash Pad.
• The easiest way around is either by Taxi, Uber, or Lyft. Chattanooga also has a public bus system.
• Once downtown, Chattanooga offers a free electronic shuttle that traverses the city. This shuttle can take you from the Southside to the Northside.
