• By Car: Take highway A5 from south (Freiburg/Basel) or north (Frankfurt), exit Heidelberg. Follow the signs to 'Altstadt/Schloss' (oldtown/castle), then follow the directions for parking deck 12. That's where you can park the car (19,50 €/24 hours). Free parking is tricky in Heidelberg. We let you know about the possibilities on request.
• From the Heidelberg main station by bus: Take bus No 20 (towards 'Karlsplatz/Altstadt'). This line takes you straight to Lotte (leaves every 20 minutes during the day) for 3,20 €. Your stop is 'Rathaus/Bergbahn' after a 15 minutes ride. It's only about 30 meters to 'Lotte' from there. When you get off the bus look in the direction the bus is facing. You´ll see a cobbled stone path which leads up to the castle. There it´s the 2nd house on the left. Note: We don´t have a big sign - don´t walk up too far.
