Hostel Pisa is a big hostel with several floors in Pisa, Italy. It is basic, but well located and has a nice restaurant and bar.
The Location
Hotel Pisa is super easy to find from both the airport and the railway station. When you leave the airport, you walk in a straight line on a main road toward the railway track. Once you reach the bridge over the railway track, you see a big sign indicating the hostel on top of a building on your right-hand side. This walk will take approximately fifteen minutes. From the railway station, you exit to the right and you will find the hostel on the right side after five minutes' walking. The hostel is not at the heart of the city, but still everything is in walking distance and there are some food joints and mini-markets in two minutes' walking from Hostel Pisa. Pisa’s main street is five to ten minutes on foot, while you can find the leaning tower of Pisa in about twenty minutes.
Rooms and Bathrooms
Hostel Pisa offers both dorms and private rooms. All dorms host only a few guests and are en suite. There is a big locker in which you can fit your backpack and there is a socket next to each bed. However, the rooms are very basic and can use some maintenance. The bathroom is tiny and if you are not slim, you may not be able to get into the shower easily as the distance between the doors is narrow.
Common Spaces
The hostel’s common area is the true gem of Hostel Pisa. The entire ground floor and their huge garden is a common area. Here you can hang out, order (alcoholic) drinks and order (Italian) food throughout the day. You can either order an a la carte dinner, or you can subscribe for the buffet. The prices are very competitive. There is no space to prepare your own food.
Summary
If you are fine with a very basic room you may be all right, but room-wise there are much better options in Pisa for the same budget. However, from a social aspect, Hostel Pisa is one of the best choices it Pisa, Italy. The hostel’s bar is nice, and the food is a good alternative if you do not want to head out for a meal.

• WALKING 5 MINUTES
• Exit Pisa Centrale Train station and turn immediately right. You will be on Via Corridoni, which is the road where we are located. Walk for approximately 5 minutes, and you will find us on the right hand-side at building number 29.
• FROM PISA AIRPORT
• WALKING FROM PISA AIRPORT (12 MIN)
• Exit the arrivals Hall, go straight and look for directions to Pisa Centro, walk along Via dell' Aeroporto until the end of it, cross the Bridge with the Train Tracks underneath (you'll see the Roof-top Green Hostel Sign in front of you), go down the stairs and turn right, this is Via Corridoni, the hostel is at number 29!

• Take the Pisa Mover Traim (2,7€ - from 6AM until midnight, every 6 minutes) to Pisa Centrale train station, Exit the Train station and turn immediately right. You will be on Via Corridoni, which is the road where we are located. Walk for approximately 5 minutes, and you will find us on the right hand-side at building number 29
• BY TAXI FROM PISA AIRPORT
• Metered taxis are located right outside the arrivals hall, a taxi ride will take around 4-5 minutes and will cost around 8-12€
