"The city of Wiltz, 4500 inhabitants, is in the heart of the Ardennes, hidden behind hilly landscapes with wide, quiet valleys. The castle, which stands high on a plateau and its slopes, is the symbol of the city. In Wiltz you find many marks of past times such as the cross of justice from 1502, the National Monument of the general strike of 1942 and the Fatima grotto. The youth hostel is located in the upper city. The building is an ancient brewery and the youth hostel is very charming."
