Solliden has a youth hostel as well as a camping area and cottages on its terrain. It lies just outside Parainen (perhaps better known under its Swedish name, Pargas), a town beautifully located on a peninsula sticking into the Baltic Sea, about 25 km (15 miles) south of Turku in southwestern Finland.
