Giardini is a 60sqm recently renovated luminous apartment, located in a peaceful and pleasant Venetian calle (street), where you can still find authentic Venetian everyday life, away from the usual tourist routes.
The apartment is situated on the first floor, with an independent front door, and can host up to 4 people. Once entered, you will find a room that can be used as a single room, or to store bulky objects (luggage, pushchairs, etc.). After having climbed the small stairs, the house opens up to a cosy living room with typical wooden beam ceiling and natural wood floor, with a fully equipped kitchen. A small access corridor connects you to the bathroom and to the double bedroom. In front of the kitchen there is a pretty lounge area with a sofa bed, which can be utilized as a second bedroom.
The apartment is furnished with: air conditioning, wall heating system, bath shower, microwave oven, washing machine, television, hi-fi, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, cot and child's chair.

• Ca’ Giardini is situated in the sestiere (district) of Castello, 2 minutes walk from the "Giardini" boat stop. The area is renowned for hosting the Venice Biennale of Arts and Architecture and for its Venetian authenticity, its quiet, narrow streets and typical Venetian restaurants. The walk from the apartment to reach St. Mark’s Square along the Riva Schiavoni (quayside) is very pleasant, along the Arsenale, the Naval Museum and numerous palaces of exquisite architecture on one side, and the spectacular scenery of St. Mark’s bay on the other.
• The apartment is located in a strategic position that easily allows you to reach Venice's major places of interest:
• • 15 minutes walk or n° 1 boat stop to San Marco;
• • 20 minutes walk or n° 4 boat stops to Rialto;
• • 1 boat stop (2 stops in the winter season) to Lido, location of the International Film Festival.
• The area is one of the few places of Venice that is rich in parks, perfect for walks and jogging (it is the finish line of the Venice Marathon, usually held at the end of October), and public playground.
