Equipment:
240 beds, divided into 4-bed to 6-bed rooms, 65 rooms, of which 10 are single bedrooms and 11 are two-bed rooms with shower / toilet for accompanying persons, 2 two-bedrooms and 7 dormitories are equipped to suit disabled people (for wheelchair drivers). Al dormitories are equipped with their own wash basins, communal showers and toilets on every floor.
Conference rooms, 1v multi-purpose room with music system, cafeteria/bistro.
Leisure facilities in and around the house:
table tennis, tablle football, billiard, volleyball, hiring out of board games, indoor swimming pool directly adjacent to the youth hostel. The youth hostel offers leisure programmes such as sailing, surfing, snow boarding, skiing, special family holidays as well as educational all inclusive programmes for groups and training offers for trainees.
Leisure facilities in the surrounding area:
Bathing beach "Eichwald" (20 min. on foot). The town offers all water sports facilities. Reduced in-line-skating and bicycle renting via the youth hostel. Museums, old town (Lindau island), guided tours of town, bicycle tours, walking tours, etc.

Pretty Good The hostel is just like most of the other HI hostels I've been at -- clean, well-run, with a huge and delicious breakfast with wide variety, but if you aren't a HI member, be wary, they charged us 6 euros extra to stay there, and the price was already pretty ridiculous. We arrived past curfew but let them know ahead of time, but someone was nice enough to be there to let us in and give us sheets. Pretty good all around, but, like many HI hostels, lacking in personality. — Nicole , Canada (2007-12-22) There is no more age limit!
