Not Worth It It is a beautiful location and wonderful hostel. The problems only start when you try to speak to the owner. After being yelled at and threatened, I would have to say that the staff seems to be lacking at best. There are several other hostels in St. Lucia where the staff actually doesn't cuss at customers, or steal things from rooms. I think you would be better off at any of these other hostels, but if you would like to really experience Stokkiesdraai make sure you speak to Debbie because it is truly an experience of a lifetime. — John , USA (2008-10-29) I have to say that this was one of the most incredible places I've ever been. We were very warmly received by the office staff and were helped to arrange two successful and pleasant tours of the estuary and of a new African village.
