A traditional Portuguese stone house that has been renovated and converted into Hostel Varzea Pequena, Pete's Place will be the first backpacker hostel to be opened in this area of Central Portugal.Two dormitories, each sleep four people comfortably and one double room with two single beds. Two double bathrooms with bath and shower. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area with feature fireplace and glass doors opening onto a spacious balcony with spectacular views across the valley and mountains. Garden patio area with seating and barbecue facilities
The Metro runs straight from the Porto airport to the main line station of Carpanha.We are an Hour by train from Porto, 45 mins by car from Coimbra.The rain runs from Coimbra to Serpins which is then a 15 min drive away.Possibilities of being collected from either situation.

It was extremely well converted to a Portuguese residence in a beautiful location. The host was very welcoming and a great place to mix with other hostel guests, everyone was included in activities and we have made new friends from our stay at this hostel.For a lovely break in a typical Portuguese village with wonderful scenery, Petes place is ideal.
