THE APARTMENT
3th floor with elevator and balcony
The apartment of 38 sqm, for max 4 persons, has one bedroom with king bed and a double bed sofa, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
'A casa di Antonella' is authorized with License of the City of Rome, to carry on the business of holiday home, and therefore meets the standards required by law.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We are located in the central district of San Giovanni in Laterano, in the beginning of the area 'old town'.
The metro (line A) is just 200 meters away. The bus stop to go at Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Colosseum, is in front of the house.
The area is full of shops, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream, atm.

PRICES
The price is of euro from 60 to 100 euro per night (two persons).
Extra people, euro 10-20 per night.
Final cleaning euro 35.
To book, you can confirm with an advance of 30%.

• From AIRPORT "CIAMPINO"
• You can take the bus called the "Shuttle", in the Parking of the airport.
• This bus arrives directly to the roman railway central station “Termini”.
• The journey takes 40 minutes.
• Price: 6,00 euro to person
• From INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT "LEONARDO DA VINCI" (Fiumicino)
• You can get the train called “Leonardo Express”. This train brings you directly to the roman railway central station “Termini”. The train works from 6.37 a.m. until 11.37 p.m. every half hour from the airport to Rome. The journey takes 35 minutes.
• Price: 15,00 euro to person
• From RAILWAY STATION "TERMINI"
• At Termini station, take the underground line "A" direction "Anagnina".
• Price: 1.50 EUR per person.
• Get off at "Colli Albani". You can get to the house on foot in 5 minutes or with the bus line "85" for two stops, in two minutes.
• Our Transfers to/from Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport.
