Great hostess, comfortable place.
You'll feel you are a house guest of an extremely hospitable hostess. The rooms are in a house that looks just like another in this quiet residential neighborhood. Inside it felt like grandma's house -- warm and comfy. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. Teresa is a sweet and kind lady. I got sick while staying there. Teresa took me to the emergency room, stayed by me while I was getting IV, then took me home, set me on the couch under a warm blanket and made me tea, before getting back to her work. I felt like being cared by my own mom! Teresa's very knowledgeable of the town and considerate of tourists' needs. If you tell her what your interests are, she would be able to tell you exactly where and when to go to get all the arrangements done. She helped me and other guests make our travel plans. My visit would not have been as smooth without her help! Thank you, Teresa!

A lovely, warm, friendly place
A lovely, warm, friendly place made even more warm by the wonderful host, Teresa. She is like your own Chilean Mum. The house is always toasty warm, which is really important in Punta Arenas. It's cold here -- really cold. Host speaks great english and is very helpful with any part of your stay, be it taxis, trips, or a cup of tea and biscuits. Stay nowhere else.
